In case you missed it--and perhaps the folks at the Mercury News did--The Recorder, the San Francisco legal newspaper, published a piece May 7 about a developer who sued Mark Zuckerberg claiming the Facebook CEO duped him in a real estate deal.

Someone at the Merc slapped this headline on its story today about the lawsuit: "Exclusive: Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg sued by developer in real estate dispute." Needless to say, no mention of it first being reported elsewhere.
